Exactly what you buy when you buy a vote — and what you do not.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. What a vote is

A vote is digital content performed immediately. On payment, the selected person’s index moves one point in the chosen direction, and that movement is shown publicly.

That is the entirety of what you acquire. In particular, a vote does not:

  • grant any prize, return, stake or economic right;
  • become transferable, resellable or redeemable;
  • create a balance, credit or account of any kind;
  • constitute a bet or a game of chance: there is no prize and no element of randomness;
  • constitute a financial instrument, transferable security or crypto-asset.

Money cannot be withdrawn from the site under any circumstances.

2. Price, currencies and taxes

The price is one monetary unit per vote: $1 or €1 depending on the currency selected. Only whole units are accepted.

One unit of any of the three currencies buys the same vote and moves the index by the same amount. Because the exchange value between them is not identical, the real cost varies with the currency chosen; you may change it freely before paying.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable indirect taxes where required by the buyer’s country.

A minimum and a maximum per transaction apply, both stated in the purchase form.

3. Immediate performance and right of withdrawal

Before paying, the buyer must expressly request that their votes be applied immediately and acknowledge that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU).

That request and acknowledgment are collected through a checkbox the buyer must actively tick, and are recorded with a timestamp. Without them, no payment is processed.

4. Refunds

Once applied to the index, votes are non-refundable.

The owner may nevertheless issue full or partial refunds in cases of technical error, duplicate charge or fraudulent use of a payment method. Where that happens, the corresponding votes are withdrawn from the index.

5. Proposing new people

Any visitor may propose someone for inclusion, subject to a daily limit shared across all users and a further limit per sender.

Proposals are reviewed one by one before publication. Only people with a verifiable public profile on social media or in the press are accepted. Private individuals and minors are not accepted, and proposals to that effect are rejected.

The owner may reject any proposal without stating reasons, and may remove anyone from the index at any time.

6. Integrity of the index

The owner makes the following commitment, which is essential to this service:

  • The index is never altered for money outside the public voting mechanism. No payment is accepted from a listed person, or from third parties on their behalf, to change their position, hide their page or alter their figures.
  • Removal from the index is free and is not a paid service.
  • The owner casts no votes and does not participate in the index in any way.

7. Prohibited conduct

Automated access intended to cast votes or submit proposals in bulk is prohibited, as is the use of someone else’s payment method without authorisation, and any attempt to alter the index by means other than the ordinary purchase of votes.

Breach entitles the owner to void the affected votes, block access and pursue any available remedies.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. The owner may amend these terms; the version applicable to a purchase is the one in force when it is made, and the date of the latest update appears in the heading.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may address any complaint to contact@influhedge.com. If unsatisfied, they may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body; the official list by country is on the European Commission website.
