2. Purpose

influhedge publishes an opinion index about people with a public profile on social media. Any visitor may pay to cast votes for or against the people listed; the sum of those votes sets each person’s position in the index.

The figures published reflect only the votes purchased by the public. They are not an assessment, opinion or judgement by the site owner about the people listed, nor a measure of their professional, personal or commercial quality.

3. Conditions of access

Browsing is free. Buying votes requires being 18 or over and having legal capacity to contract.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in accordance with this notice and the terms of use, and to refrain from any conduct that could harm the site, third parties or the people listed.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text, code and index structure are owned by their author and protected by intellectual property law.

The names and stage names of the people listed are used for identification and information purposes, so they can be recognised within the index. The site publishes no photographs or images of the people listed.

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability.

The owner does not influence how votes are cast: those are acts of third parties. The owner does order and present the resulting index, and accepts the responsibility that follows from that under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA).

6. People named in the index

Anyone appearing in the index may request removal by writing to removal@influhedge.com. The request is free of charge, is not conditional on any payment, and is handled as promptly as possible.

Correction of inaccurate identifying details, or review of an inclusion believed to be inappropriate, may be requested the same way.

7. Governing law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer’s domicile have jurisdiction.
