Getting off the index, and reporting content
How to ask for a page to be taken down, and how to report content you consider inappropriate. It is free and is never conditional on any payment.

1. If you are on the index and want out
Write to removal@influhedge.com giving the name as it appears on the index. You do not have to give a reason.
So that a third party cannot request someone else’s removal, we may ask for reasonable proof that you are who you say you are — a message from the verified account shown on the page, for example, or from an email publicly associated with it. We do not ask for identity documents unless there is no other way.
You will get a reply within 1 month at the latest. If the request turns out to be particularly complex, that period may be extended by 2 further months, in which case you will be told within the first month and given the reason, under article 12(3) GDPR.
2. Exactly what happens when a page is removed
Removal is immediate and permanent:
- The page disappears from the index, from the internal search and from the charts.
- It is anonymised: name, username, category and country are erased.
- The name cannot be added back, not by another user’s proposal and not by reloading the catalogue. The system blocks it.
The only thing kept is the accounting record of the transactions — amounts, dates and currencies — which commercial and tax law require us to retain. Those entries are left with no link to any name.
This is not a temporary hide: there is no way to undo it.
3. It is free, and always will be
Removal costs nothing and is not a paid service. Nor do we accept payment to change anyone’s position on the index, hide their page or alter their figures — a commitment set out in the terms of use.
If anyone offers to charge you for any of those things on behalf of this site, they are not authorised to do so.
4. Reporting content (Digital Services Act)
Anyone may report content they consider unlawful or inappropriate, under article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. The route is the same address: removal@influhedge.com.
To let us act on it, a notice should include:
- the specific page it refers to;
- an explanation of why it is considered inappropriate;
- a statement of good faith as to the accuracy of what is stated;
- a way to contact you with the answer.
We acknowledge receipt and give a reasoned decision without undue delay, within the same maximum period of 1 month.
5. What is always removed, whether or not anyone asks
- Minors. They are not accepted on the index; any found are removed at once.
- People with no verifiable public profile. The index is for public figures; anyone who is not one should not be there and is removed.
- Incorrect identifying details, where they point to someone other than the person intended.
6. If you disagree with the decision
You can reply to the same address asking for a review, setting out your reasons. If that does not resolve it, you may go to court or, where personal data is involved, complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
None of the above limits your rights: you may go straight to those routes without coming here first.
